PIZZA Tempe


hi all readers
today I am very happy because today I was given a break in the school day

yup .... to fill my time off just 24 hours I decided to make a meal that is simple and easy to make, the food is PIZZA

in my post this time I will memberitahuann how to make pizza quickly and fairly easily with toping different from the usual, this time I made pizza with traditional Indonesia toping the "tempe"

let's make out!!!!

material:
500 g high protein flour
10 grams of salt
1 tablespoon yeast
300 ml warm water
oil

toping:
3 slices of fresh tomatoes
tempe was destroyed
ketchup
salt, pepper, sugar, cheese

how to make:

1. let stand yeast with warm water, wait 5 minutes
2. Mix flour and salt, mix well
3. pour the remaining yeast and warm water
4. knead all the ingredients by adding little oil
5. set aside the dough for 60 minutes
6. input tomato pieces and "tempe"
7. add water and tomato sauce
8. insert pepper, sugar, salt to taste
9. cook until the sauce thickens and ready to use
10. dough that has been expanded to a 3 and a thin round shape
11. Apply the sauce and add the onions
12. bake for 15 - 30 minutes

done!!!
